Dan Martin is a CPA and Partner at Eide Bailly, where he serves as a trusted advisor to clients across a wide range of industries including gaming, hospitality, entertainment, sports wagering, federal contracting, ESOPs, and dealerships. Known for his integrity and positive approach, Dan brings clarity and confidence to complex audits and compliance matters by building relationships rooted in trust and transparency.
With a passion for delivering high-quality work, Dan leads numerous audit, consulting, and tax engagements—particularly within the gaming industry—and guides clients through regulatory and accounting changes such as goodwill standards, intangible assets, and tax issues related to acquisitions and divestitures.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Master of Science in Management, Strategy, and Leadership from Michigan State University. He is a licensed CPA and an active member of the AICPA and the Nevada Society of CPAs, where he recently served as Chair.
Outside the office, Dan enjoys making memories and going on adventures with his family—always keeping a balanced perspective on life and leadership.
