A native Nevadan, Stacey Wedding worked on the executive management team of the Nevada Community Foundation (NCF) for seven years before she established Professionals in Philanthropy, LLC, a philanthropic consulting firm in southern Nevada. In addition to working with individuals, private foundations and other nonprofit organizations, Stacey serves as Strategic Advisor to NCF, providing advanced relationship management to donors and counsel to the organization's senior leadership. Stacey boasts 15 years of high level experience in philanthropy and corporate communications, including positions held with Ballard Communications-a local public relations firm, and Nevada Power Company (now NV Energy). She holds a B.A. in Communications from UNLV, where she graduated summa cum laude from the Honors College. She also received the prestigious Board of Regents UNLV Undergraduate Scholar of the Year Award and later was awarded the 2004 Outstanding Alumnus Award for her support of the Honors College. She is a proud graduate of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Las Vegas Class of 2003.
